Deepen your Self-practice in traditional Hatha Yoga (accompanied with focus on Iyengar), refine already accomplished postures, get comfortable in advanced postures in using your breath properly to evolve as a Yoga practitioner. As you are already comfortable in your Self- and Teaching-practice we will in addition teach you in detail how to use yoga props such as belts, pillows and blocks according to Iyengar style to get into advanced postures easy and safe, to create variations for full alignment and to allow deep restoration while holding the postures.
Adjustment and Alignment
Be ready for more detailed instructions regarding adjustment and alignment with focus on advanced postures and safety to avoid injuries. Get knowledge regarding hands-on and language correction for advanced postures and guidance for confidence and proper teaching skills to perfection your work as a teacher.
Evolve your breath work and awareness as a bridge for balancing body and mind with a more intense practice and proper guidance from our experienced teachers.
Enhance your meditation practice and learn how to control the communication between your mind and your heart according the ultimate goal of Yogic and Buddhist tradition of oneness, means brain and heart are in harmony and are working “together”. Special meditation practices as well as Yoga Nidra will be introduced and instructed.
YOGA has the ability to “heal” and create wellbeing for our whole system in balancing and cleansing. Yogic Therapy uses this ancient concepts, methods and practices to especially work on areas and conditions which are out of balance and harmony. Most common is the work with asanas, as therefore certain areas which are out of alignment can be activated and “nourished”. To know how to variate asanas to address physical limitations is important in the work with Yoga as Therapy. Also the knowledge of acupressure points from an ancient holistic Indian medicine view plays an important role. The usage of special breathing techniques to influence our state of mind and also to cleanse our physical body is important to recreate a healthy, sattvic environment in our system. Finally it is the implementation of a sattvic nutritious diet according to the ancient concepts of Ayurveda for our overall wellbeing. In our Training you will be introduced and trained in the basics of Yoga Therapy, so that you will understand how Yoga influences our body and mind and how to use Yogic concepts and practices to “heal” special areas or conditions which are out of alignment.
Go further in your ability to teach, deepen your skills under our professional mentoring and guidance and work on how to let your Uniquness even more shine through your way of teaching. Get trained in how to create your own workshops and retreats and how to build up or improve your online or offline business or your work as a teacher.
