Our 100 hours Teacher Training is designed for you to get comfortable with the basic body postures asanas as well as sun salutation surya namaskar and increase your strength and flexibility, learn about breath work and how your breath influences your body and mind, calm your mind in meditation and learn all basics in detail regarding the Yogic theories and concepts.
Goal is to make you familiar with a Yogic Way of Life, train you how to bring YOGA in your everyday Life and/or prepare you for becoming a Teacher.
This 100 hours Teacher Training is not certificated from Yoga Alliance, yet from us, Rishikesh Yoga Valley. If you join our 100 hours Teacher Training two times (the second time you would join the second half of the 200 hours Teacher Training) we will certificate you with RYT 200 Yoga Alliance.
